The FutureReady Leadership Program is a personal one to one mentorship experience that spans 24 or 26 months. It is created for motivated students who want to build confidence, grow as thoughtful leaders, make a meaningful difference, and prepare for a future filled with purpose and opportunity.

During the important middle and high school years, students receive personal mentorship, thoughtful guidance, and meaningful real world experiences that help them grow as confident leaders, strengthen their character, and develop a genuine love for learning.
Through a carefully planned growth journey, students gain the skills, experience, and confidence needed to pursue respected national recognition, show meaningful leadership in their communities, and build a strong profile for future academic and career opportunities.

What is the FutureReady Leadership Program?

FutureReady is a selective 24–26 month personalized 1:1 mentorship program for middle and high school students who want to develop leadership, serve their communities, explore future careers, and prepare for college and life.

Students progress through four stages—Discover, Build, Lead, and Achieve—while receiving individualized guidance to develop confidence, purpose, and real-world leadership skills.

What is the Inner Compass Program?

The Inner Compass Program™ is a personalized mentorship and empowerment program designed to help middle and high school students build confidence, emotional resilience, self-awareness, and leadership skills.
Through a structured four-phase journey—Discover, Strengthen, Lead, and Thrive—students learn to better understand themselves, manage challenges, communicate confidently, and develop a strong sense of purpose.

The Life GuruCool Parent Mentorship™ is a personalized coaching program that helps parents confidently guide their child's academic, emotional, and personal development.
Through a structured three-step framework—Understand, Align, and Empower—parents gain practical strategies to support their child's growth, foster independence, and create a balanced, future-ready environment at home.

How does the mentorship work?

Each student receives personalized support throughout the program, including:
Monthly 1:1 mentorship sessions
Individual goal-setting and leadership coaching
Accountability and progress tracking
Guidance for community service, leadership projects, and career exploration
Email and text support between sessions
Every mentorship journey is tailored to the student's interests, goals, and pace, helping them become confident, purpose-driven leaders prepared for future success.

Since the time Jigisha has started working with my daughter we have seen a noticeable boost in energy and focus. It was a great meeting on Monday. You are such a good communicator, especially with a teenager boy. I can see my son was motivated after the meeting. I have printed out all the emails you sent to us, I will talk with him again and review our next steps. He told he already told his friends about the idea of the non-profit, they told him it’s not going to work if he cannot find place to host the classes or events, and he needs to raise money for these events. I know he constantly needs to be reminded and a little push so he will stick with the plan and take actions. You’ve already put a few feasible targets in place for him to work on which I think it’s a great start! I will keep you updated and make sure he sign up and join the programs on the to do list.

Jigisha has been an excellent mentor for our child. She was incredibly helpful and provided insightful tips that truly made a difference in the application process. Kids have become much more responsible for managing their own tasks and no longer need constant reminders to complete the responsibilities Jigisha assigns. Despite being involved in so many activities, they have learned to manage their time effectively and stay organized. More importantly, they have become more independent and confident while also developing greater humility and gratitude for what they have. Their experiences volunteering at senior centers and organizing book and toy drives have helped them understand the importance of giving back and making a difference in the community. I would definitely recommend Jigisha for this activity. She makes sure that the kids truly understand the effort involved and takes the time to personalize the experience based on each child’s interests, personality, and individual needs. Her guidance has helped our children grow not only as responsible individuals but also as compassionate and confident young people.

As mentioned above, information we can gather online. But having someone structure this for the child in a simple and achievable plan was beneficial. And having her mentor/ coach on a regular basis to ensure kid is on track with these activities is very helpful. With gazillion other things going on in their lives, they lose interest and in many of those as parents we could prioritize and motivate only handful for kids to listen to us. But this one Jigisha got it , I was rest assured, she shows value in this award and encouraged him to keep going in a fun, loving way with lots of patience by breaking the plan down in to achievable steps as she is a pro at it, having done this before. If it weren’t her, my kid would have left it mid way. Million thanks to Jigisha.
